《福建省人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改<福建省劳动合同管理规定>的决定》已由福建省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第五次会议于2003年9月24日通过,自2003年9月1日起施行。此次公布修改后的《福建省劳动合同管理规定》是根据《劳动法》精神和我省实际情况进行修改的,比较完善和合理。有利于劳动者和用人单位保护各自的合法权益。有利于建立和谐稳定的劳动关系,履行自己的义务,减少不必要的争端。为此,记者采访了省厅劳动工资处魏香金处长。记者:为什么要对原《福建省劳动合同管理规定》(以下简称《规定》)进行修改?
