中国共产党非权力性影响建立在抗战文化人和进步青年信服的基础上,不带有强迫性,是通过潜移默化内化为抗战文化人和进步青年的某种动机而发挥作用,表现为自愿和主动。国民党桂系或国民党广西省政府权力对抗战文化人和进步青年的影响是有限的,而中国共产党非权力性影响力对抗战文化人和进步青年的激励是巨大而持久的。中国共产党非权力性影响力所形成的精神力量,可以说是国民党统治区桂林抗战文化城这一独特现象的关键,是创造国民党统治区桂林抗战文化城奇迹的基石。中国共产党非权力性影响能够极大地增强抗战文化人和进步青年对中国共产党的信赖与敬佩,从而促使抗战文化人和进步青年把对中国共产党在号召民众抗日救国上的信赖迁移到对中国共产党客观上领导桂林抗战文化城的大力支持上来。
The non-power influence of the Chinese Communist Party, based on the convincing of the anti-Japanese cultural people and progressive youth, without compulsion, is exerting a role through some kind of motivation that subtly internalizes itself as an anti-war cultural person and a progressive youth. It manifests itself in voluntariness and initiative . The KMT’s Gui system or KMT’s Guangxi provincial government’s power has limited impact on the anti-Japanese war literati and progressive youth. However, the motivation of the non-power influence of the CPC over the war-culture and progressive youth is enormous and lasting. The spiritual power formed by the non-power influence of the Chinese Communist Party can be said to be the key to the unique phenomenon of Guilin’s Anti-Japanese Cultural City under Kuomintang rule and the cornerstone of the miracle of creating Guilin’s Anti-Japanese Cultural City in the Kuomintang-ruled area. The non-power influence of the Chinese Communist Party can greatly enhance the trust and admiration of the anti-Japanese war culture people and the progressive youth toward the Chinese Communist Party, so that the anti-Japanese war culture people and advanced youth can transfer the trust of the CPC in calling on the masses to resisting Japan and saving the nation to objective observation of the Chinese Communist Party Leading the Guilin War Culture City’s strong support.
