采用原代培养的小鼠肝细胞,以3H-胸腺嘧啶(3H-TdR)和3H-亮氨酸(3H-Leucine)掺入的方法,研究齐墩果酸(OLA)预处理小鼠肝细胞DNA和蛋白质合成速率的影响。结果发现,经OLA预处理后的小鼠,其肝细胞DNA和蛋白质合成速率明显增加。提示OLA经体内代谢后,能提高肝细胞DNA和蛋白质的合成。
Primary cultured mouse hepatocytes were treated with oleanolic acid (OLA) pretreated mouse hepatocytes by 3H-thymidine (3H-TdR) and 3H-leucine incorporation Effects of DNA and protein synthesis rates. The results showed that OLA pretreatment of mice, the hepatocyte DNA and protein synthesis rate increased significantly. Tip OLA after metabolism in the body, can improve the synthesis of DNA and protein in liver cells.
