对不同地点玉米单倍体加倍率(结实率)进行研究。结果表明,单倍体的加倍率与环境、加倍方式及不同材料关系很大,通过对海南、北京、甘肃加倍环境的比较,海南单倍体加倍率较高。NH101在海南和北京两地化学加倍率均高于其自然加倍率,海南化学加倍率和自然加倍率分别为10.64%和2.93%;北京分别为7.27%和2.95%。同一环境、同样处理方式,不同类型的材料加倍率差异很大。
Maize haploid doubling rate (seed setting rate) in different locations was studied. The results showed that the doubling rate of haploid has a great relationship with the environment, doubling mode and different materials. By comparing the doubled environment in Hainan, Beijing and Gansu, the haploid doubling rate in Hainan is higher. The chemical multiplication rates of NH101 in Hainan and Beijing are both higher than their natural doubling rates, with the rates of chemical doubling and natural doubling being 10.64% and 2.93% respectively in Hainan and 7.27% and 2.95% in Beijing respectively. The same environment, the same approach, different types of materials vary greatly different rates.
