随着互联网+应用的不断深入,财务共享已经成为一种趋势,财务岗位专业技能和专业对口概念逐渐淡化,岗位协调能力日益重要,必将对人力资源产生巨大的冲击和挑战。未来企业的发展需要从自身的能力水平出发,不断提升底层系统的水平,规范好业务流程,协调好人力资源,加快人才队伍的建设工作。就财务共享对人力资本理论的挑战进行简要阐述,提出一些看法。
With the continuous deepening of Internet + applications, financial sharing has become a trend. The concept of professional positions and professional counterparts in financial positions has gradually weakened, and the coordination of posts has become increasingly important, which will surely exert a tremendous impact and challenge on human resources.
