为研究有机工质的真实气动特性,采用3种计算精度的气体状态方程,计算不同状态方程下工质的热力学参数;考虑工质黏性,对ORC透平二维导叶栅进行数值模拟,分析基于不同气体状态方程计算所得的透平内工质的气动参数、质量流量和出口气流角.结果表明:理想气体状态方程的计算结果与实际气体状态方程间有很大偏差,有机工质透平的设计应基于实际气体状态方程.
In order to study the real aerodynamic characteristics of organic working fluid, the gas state equations of three kinds of calculation precision are used to calculate the thermodynamic parameters of the working fluid under different state equations. The viscosity of the working fluid is considered to simulate the two- The aerodynamic parameters, mass flow rate and outlet airflow angle were calculated based on the equations of different gas states.The results show that there is a great deviation between the calculated results of the ideal gas state equation and the actual gas state equation, The design should be based on the actual gas equation of state.
