本文介绍了该乳化液自动配比控制系统的组成、功能和特点。采用PLC自动检测乳化液箱液位和其它参数,根据乳化液箱液位的高低、工作面供水状况等因素,建立数学模型,合理调度乳化油泵运行,实现了乳化液自动配比的目的。
This article introduces the composition, function and features of the emulsion automatic proportioning control system. The liquid level of the emulsion tank and other parameters are automatically detected by PLC. According to the liquid level of the emulsion tank and the status of water supply in the working face, a mathematical model is established and the operation of the emulsified oil pump is reasonably scheduled so as to realize the automatic ratio of emulsion.
