民生档案是在新的时期档案工作适应于民生需求而提出的。本文首先阐述民生档案的概念与特性,然后分析当前民生档案管理中的主要问题,最后从认识重要性、增强档案意识、构建多元化资源体系与信息资源共享网络、健全利用体系等六方面提出加强民生档案管理工作的对策。 The people’s livelihood files are put forward in the new period when the file work is adapted to the needs of people’s livelihood. This article first elaborates the concept and characteristics of people’s livelihood files, and then analyzes the current main problems in people’s livelihood archives management.
