在高层钢结构中,腹板开洞钢梁能让设备管线在梁高范围内穿过,在保证净空的前提下有效降低楼层高度。设计6根考虑洞口不同宽度、高度和间距的试件,并与实腹钢梁对比,以研究各参数对开洞钢梁受力性能的影响。以试验结果验证有限元分析方法的准确性,由此对开洞钢梁进行参数化分析。研究表明:开洞尺寸越大,应力受影响区域越大;当洞口宽度和洞口高度都达到规范限值时,钢梁刚度被削弱,但仅单个参数达到规范限值对其刚度的影响有限,两侧洞口宜尽量靠近跨中布置。基于对各开洞钢梁挠曲变形的分析,提出了挠度计算的修正系数。
In the high-rise steel structure, the steel beams with web openings allow the equipment pipeline to pass through the high beam height, effectively reducing the height of the floor under the premise of ensuring the clearance. Six specimens with different widths, heights and spacings were designed and compared with those of real webs to study the influence of each parameter on the mechanical behaviors of the open webs. The experimental results verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis method, thus parametric analysis of the open-ended steel beam. The results show that the bigger the size of the hole is, the larger the stress is. When the width of the hole and the height of the hole reach the standard limits, the rigidity of the steel beam is weakened. However, the influence of only the single parameter on the rigidity of the steel is limited, Both sides of the hole should be arranged as close to the cross. Based on the analysis of the deflection of the steel beams in each hole, the correction coefficient of deflection calculation is proposed.
