武汉市1989年税收、财务、物价大检查自查工作从8月17日开始至9月10日已基本结束,全市35000多户国营企事业单位和集体企业,自查出违法违纪金额8989.7万元(不含个体户),比去年增长32.2％,其中应上交财政收入3980.1万元,已入库1871.7万元,取得较好的效果。从全市自查出的违纪问题看,主要问题是国营企业偷漏所得税、调节税和利润,仅这一项就占违纪总额的39.1％;任意扩大消费基金,用生产性资金搞非生产性支出、乱发奖金实物,乱支招待费及挥霍消费
