目的:探讨呼吸道感染时应用雾化吸入治疗的疗效。方法:对门急诊呼吸道感染患者治疗时辅助应用雾化吸入治疗,观察临床症状改善情况。结果:应用后,观察组总有效率98%,胸片显示炎症吸收明显,无并发症,明显加快恢复时间。对照组有效率89.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗呼吸道感染疗效确切,操作简便,时间短,安全可靠,费用低,可减少肺部并发症的发生及改善呼吸功能,是基层医院及门诊治疗呼吸道感染较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of nebulized inhalation for respiratory tract infections. Methods: Auxiliary application of inhalation therapy for treatment of patients with respiratory tract infection in emergency department and observation of clinical symptom improvement. Results: After application, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98%. The chest radiograph showed obvious inflammatory absorption and no complication, which obviously accelerated the recovery time. The effective rate of the control group was 89.8%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: Oxygen-driven nebulization is an effective adjuvant therapy for respiratory infections. It is easy to operate, has short time, is safe, reliable and low cost. It can reduce the occurrence of pulmonary complications and improve respiratory function. It is ideal for treating respiratory infections in primary hospitals and clinics. treatment method.
