绩效工资即一种劳动者的薪酬与待遇,是与其个人的工作业绩、工作成效密切挂钩的工资计量形式。绩效工资改革必须以邓小平理论、“三个代表”的重要思想和科学发展观为指导,以服务和促进义务教育的科学发展为目标,以提高教师队伍素质为核心,以促进教师全面实施素质教育,办好人民满意的教育。改革的目的恰恰是改革“干多干少一个样,干好干坏一个样”的大锅饭式的分配制度。因此,在义务教育阶段实行绩效工资,有利于充分调动教职员工的积极性,真正实现多劳多得,实现公平。
