[目的 /意义]用户隐私信息保护是图书馆用户信息资源化的前提和基础。[方法/过程]采用文献调研和访谈法研究大数据环境下图书馆用户信息资源化各环节中的信息安全问题。[结果 /结论]提出在开发利用用户个人信息过程中,图书馆通过合法采集、妥善加工保管、合理使用、受控共享等方式保护个人信息特别是敏感信息或隐私,增进图书馆与用户之间相互信任,密切两者之间关系,实现图书馆永续发展。
[Purpose / Significance] The protection of user’s privacy information is the premise and foundation of library users’ information resource. [Methods / Processes] Using literature research and interviews, this paper studies the information security in all aspects of library users’ information resources in big data environment. [Result / Conclusion] In the process of developing and utilizing user’s personal information, the library proposes to protect personal information, especially sensitive information or privacy through lawful collection, properly processing and storage, fair use and controlled sharing, and to promote the cooperation between libraries and users Mutual trust, close relationship between the two, to achieve sustainable development of the library.
