目的探索支气管针吸术对管壁浸润型肺癌的诊断价值,安全性.方法对48例纤维支气管镜下未见具体肿物仅见管腔受外压、局部管壁粘膜隆起,诊断考虑管壁浸润型肺癌,采用经支气管针

目的探索支气管针吸术对管壁浸润型肺癌的诊断价值,安全性.方法对48例纤维支气管镜下未见具体肿物仅见管腔受外压、局部管壁粘膜隆起,诊断考虑管壁浸润型肺癌,采用经支气管针吸术细胞学检查,并同时行活检及刷检进行对照.结果通过病理组织学或细胞学明确诊断为肺癌38例,总阳性率79%.针吸阳性63%,活检阳性率54%,刷检阳性率29%.结论针吸术对管壁浸润型肺癌有较高诊断价值.三项综合检查提高了对管壁浸润型肺癌的诊断率.48例除仅有部分穿刺部位极少量出血外,无其他并发症.
