同龄Wistar大鼠分为正常对照(NC)、缺氧2周(H2)、缺氧4周(H4)、左向右分流12周(LRS)和左向右分流4周并缺氧2周(SH)五个组,每组6只大鼠。自制低压氧舱模拟5000米高空进行低氧实验。大鼠左向右分流通过将其左颈总动脉与主肺动脉行端侧吻合实现。 光镜观察结果表明H2和H4组大鼠达预定观察时限时各有5只发生明显肺动脉高压(PH)和典型的缺氧性肺血管病理改变。LRS组大鼠在结束观察时,3只仍有左向右分流并出现PH,肺血管病理改变与
Wistar rats of the same age were divided into normal control (NC), hypoxia 2 weeks (H2), hypoxia 4 weeks (H4), left to right shunt 12 weeks (LRS) and left to right shunt 4 weeks and hypoxia 2 weeks SH) five groups of 6 rats each.
