为深入贯彻国务院《质量振兴纲要》的要求,中央宣传部、国家质量监督检验检疫总局等相关部门决定今年9月,以“质量安全是社会和谐的基础”为主题,在全国开展质量月活动。国家国防科技工业局针对当前武器装备科研生产的特点和质量形势,也相应提出在国防科技工业系统开展以“质量安全是企业的第一责任”为主题的质量月活动。为此,本刊拟在今年9-12期特开辟“质量管理”专题报道栏,本期刊发的上海航天技术研究院等企事业单位的做法和经验是其开篇。开设此栏的目的是宣传质量管理的政策措施,报道先进典型,宣传和普及质量管理知识、理念、方法及经验,促进全行业关心质量、重视质量,提高质量意识、质量观念和质量素质,切实做好武器装备科研生产质量工作。欢迎各单位积极来稿。
In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of the State Council’s “Outline of Quality Rehabilitation”, the Central Propaganda Department, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and other relevant departments have decided in September this year that the theme of “Quality and Safety be the Foundation of Social Harmony” activity.
