学生管理工作在学校整体规划中占据核心地位。高职院校学生自身具有正负两方面的特点,而其学生管理过程中也存在不足之处。针对学前教育专业学生的特点,分析其问题的原因,运用“统一”与“分化与不同”原则有力支撑学生管理工作的架构,从而弥补学生管理中的漏洞,使学生管理工作有的放矢,同时达到提高学生全方位能力的目的。
