受次贷危机与国内经济周期影响,2008年我国经济增长速度逐季放缓。尽管如此,国内市场销售增长仍然较快,城乡消费旺盛。全年社会消费品零售总额108488亿元,比上年增长21.6%,增速比上年加快4.8个百分点。分行业看,批发和零售业消费品零售额91199亿元,增长21.5%;住宿和餐饮业消费品零售额15404亿元,增长24.7%。这带动我国食品行业继续保持快速增长,但增速有所放缓。2008年1~11月,我国食品制造业累计实现产品销售收入6662.10亿元,同比增长28.51%,增速比上年同期下降了0.58个百分点;累计工业总产值为6997.0亿元,同比增长30.37%;累计工业销售产值为6792.94亿元,同比增长29.86%;累计利润总额为393.46亿元,比上年同期增加了83.35亿元,同比增长26.88%。受经济形势影响,行业销售收入增速减缓,但上游原材料与动力成本及销售费用仍然保持上升,导致行业盈利能力下滑。2008年1~11月,我国食品制造业毛利率为19.56%,比上年同期减少了0.38个百分点;销售利润率为5.91%,比上年同期减少了0.10个百分点;成本费用利润率为6.28%,比上年同期减少了0.21个百分点。由于2009年经济形势好转可能性不大,而失业率攀升以及平均工资水平下降,居民消费能力会逐渐下滑,预计食品行业增长速度会逐渐放缓。

From January to November 2008, China’s food manufacturing industry realized a total sales revenue of 666.21 billion yuan, an increase of 28.51% over the same period of last year, a decrease of 0.58 percentage points over the same period of previous year. The accumulated industrial output value was 699.7 billion yuan, up 30.37% ; The cumulative industrial sales output value of 679.294 billion yuan, an increase of 29.86%; total profit of 39.346 billion yuan, an increase of 8.335 billion yuan over the previous year, an increase of 26.88%. Affected by the economic situation, the sales revenue of the industry slowed down. However, the costs of raw materials, power and sales costs in the upstream continued to rise, resulting in a decline in profitability of the industry. From January to November 2008, the gross profit margin of China’s food manufacturing industry was 19.56%, down by 0.38% over the same period of last year; the profit margin of sales was 5.91%, a decrease of 0.10% over the same period of previous year; the profit margin of cost was 6.28 %, A decrease of 0.21 percentage points from the same period of last year. As the economic situation is unlikely to improve in 2009, while the unemployment rate is climbing and the average wage level is dropping, the spending power of residents will gradually decline.
