随着互联网络的商业性应用逐步成熟,越来越多的企业感受到网络经济所带来的无限商机;同时也有一些企业在全球信息化浪潮面前感到迷茫和不安。本文从剖析戴尔公司成功的直销模式入手,分析中国IT企业在尚不完善的网络基础设施和不平衡的市场环境下,如何应对网络经济所带来的流通模式创新的挑战。
With the gradual maturity of commercial applications in the Internet, more and more enterprises feel the business opportunities brought about by the network economy. At the same time, some enterprises feel confused and upset in the global wave of informationization. This article analyzes the success of Dell’s direct sales model to start, analyze China’s IT enterprises in the imperfect network infrastructure and an unbalanced market environment, how to deal with the network economy brought about by the circulation model innovation challenges.
