摆杆排种器是根据我国传统农具——耧的工作原理,研制成的一种排种器。它的结构紧凑、金属耗量小、能条播多种作物。例如小麦、高粱、谷子、油菜、豆类、白菜、萝卜、大葱、苜蓿、沙打旺等。它和外槽轮式排种器相比,在播种小麦、高粱、谷子和玉米时,其排种均匀性提高10~30%左右。尤其是在播种小粒种子时,不仅能把亩播量控制在一斤范围内,而且均匀性好、破碎率小,显示出其独特的优点。 本文根据大量试验数据,对摆杆排种器的运动学分析、工作原理、排种性能以及参数选择、结构设计进行了初步分析和探讨。

In this paper, based on a large number of experimental data, the pendulum bar rammer kinematics analysis, working principle, seed performance and parameter selection, structural design were initially analyzed and discussed.
