目的评价黄斑透热电凝术、玻璃体注气术、氩激光封孔术治疗黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离对黄斑部的影响。方法术后远期行眼底荧光血管造影。结果黄斑透热电凝术对黄斑部组织损伤较大,局部大片疤痕组织着染,导致中心视力不可逆性损害;玻璃体注气术能有效地恢复中心视力,荧光造影黄斑区呈正常暗区;氩激光封孔术者呈色素上皮损伤之透见荣光环,不能有效地恢复中心视力。结论3种术式中以玻璃体注气术使黄斑区生理性复位,较有效地恢复中心视力,目前不失为较理想的术式。
Objective To evaluate the effect of macular hyperthermic electrocoagulation, vitreous gas injection and argon laser sealing on macular degeneration in patients with macular hole retinal detachment. Methods Postoperative long-term fundus fluorescein angiography. Results Macular transcondense electrocoagulation was more effective in the treatment of macular degeneration than in macular degeneration. Local macular scar tissue staining resulted in irreversible damage to central vision. Vitreous gas injection could effectively restore central visual acuity. Seals who were pigment epithelial damage seen glory ring, can not effectively restore central vision. Conclusion The three kinds of surgical procedures in the vitreous gas injection of the macular physiological reset, more effective in the restoration of central vision, at present, after all, an ideal surgical procedure.
