目的通过对2011年邗江区居民死因动态进行综合评价和相关潜在寿命损失(years of potential life lost YPLL)分析,探讨影响邗江区平均寿命的主要死因。方法采用生命统计软件对2011年全部死亡个案进行汇总分析。结果2011年邗江区粗死亡率7.33‰,人均期望寿命77.22岁;循环系统疾病居死亡原因首位,恶性肿瘤次之。结论提高报告及时率、审核及时率,探讨居民死亡原因,对正确制定疾病控制规划、保护人民健康具有重要意义。
Objective By analyzing the dynamics of the death causes of residents in Hanjiang District in 2011 and related years of potential life lost (YPLL) analysis, the main causes of death affecting the average life span of Hanjiang District are discussed. Methods The life statistics software was used to analyze the total number of deaths in 2011. Results In 2011, the crude death rate in Hanjiang District was 7.33 ‰, and the average life expectancy was 77.22 years. The circulatory system diseases ranked first in the cause of death and malignant tumors was the second. Conclusion Increasing the reporting rate in time, checking the promptness rate and discussing the causes of residents’ deaths are of great significance to the correct formulation of disease control plans and the protection of people’s health.
