短潜伏期的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)自70年代以来已被广泛地应用于神经系统疾病的诊断性评估及后颅窝手术中的监护。目前国内外BAEP的测试除个别外,多数采用单耳刺激、同侧记录的方法。这种记录方法在用于分析BAEP的神经起源及神经系统疾病的定位定侧诊断时,有其明显的优点,但在用于手术中监护脑干功能时,需要分两次记录左右两侧,费时较多且反映脑干功能变化不够及时。因而我们采用双耳刺激、双侧记录的方法快速地监护脑干功能。
Short-term brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) have been widely used in the diagnostic evaluation of neurological diseases and in the care of posterior fossa surgery since the 1970s. At present, except for a few tests at home and abroad BAEP, the majority of single-ear stimulation, ipsilateral recording method. This recording method has obvious advantages when used to analyze the localization of neural origin and neurological diseases in BAEP. However, when recording brain stem function for surgery, it is necessary to record the left and right sides in two records, More time-consuming and reflect changes in brain stem function is not timely enough. Therefore, we use binaural stimulation, bilateral recording method to quickly monitor brainstem function.
