目的:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)建立同时检测多种食品中乙氧喹啉残留量的检测方法。方法:采用Agilent DB-5MS气相毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25!m),氢火焰离子化检测器,外标法定量测量。样品经正己烷提取,经旋转蒸发除去提取液后用甲醇溶解残渣,利用液-液萃取净化后由GC-MS法测定。结果:乙氧喹啉的线性范围0~1×10-3mg.kg-1,多种食品基质中的平均添加回收率在75.4%~90.7%,RSD为4.1%~9.8%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,净化效果良好,能有效地消除复杂基质带来的干扰,可作为该抗氧化剂在食品中的常规检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ethoxyquin residues in various foods by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: The Agilent DB-5MS capillary gas chromatographic column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25! M) was used to measure the hydrogen flame ionization detector and external standard method. The sample was extracted with n-hexane, the extract was removed by rotary evaporation and the residue was dissolved in methanol. The residue was purified by liquid-liquid extraction and determined by GC-MS. Results: The linear range of ethoxyquin was 0 ~ 1 × 10-3mg.kg-1. The average recoveries of various ethoxylates ranged from 75.4% to 90.7% with RSD ranging from 4.1% to 9.8%. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity, good selectivity and good purification effect, which can effectively eliminate the interference caused by complex matrix and can be used as a routine detection method of the antioxidant in food.
