本文研究了中药厚朴及其提取液中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的气相色谱测定方法。采用日立163型气相色谱仪,氢焰检测器。1m长的不锈钢色谱柱,内装2%SE-30,上海试剂厂102硅烷化白色担体。柱温190℃,保留时间,厚朴酚为4′05″,和厚朴酚为6′29″。同时测定样品中的这两种成分,一次进样所需时间不超过10分钟。测定误差在气相色谱定量分析允许的标准偏差范围内。该法亦可用于鉴定厚朴酚合成产品的质量。
In this paper, gas chromatographic methods for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in the extracts of magnolia officinalis and its crude extracts were studied. Hitachi 163 gas chromatograph, hydrogen flame detector. A 1m long stainless steel column with 2% SE-30 and a silanized white support from Shanghai Reagent Factory 102. Column temperature 190°C, retention time, honokiol 4’05“, and honokiol 6’29”. Simultaneously determine the two components in the sample. The time required for one sample injection does not exceed 10 minutes. The measurement error is within the allowable standard deviation of the gas chromatographic quantitative analysis. The method can also be used to identify the quality of honokiol synthesis products.
