针对重型提升机制动器摩擦材料出厂时的热特性测试,模拟制动器的实际工况,依靠摩擦副的对摩生热。在非稳态温度场下,在模拟试验台上对不同对偶金属摩擦副测试了摩擦系数随表层温度的变化规律,同时进行了来自于不同厂家的闸瓦以及经多次反复高温制动的“半失效闸瓦”的对比性热特性测试,分析了热衰退现象,提出了热分解温度的重要概念。
For the heavy lift brake friction material factory thermal characteristics of the test, the actual condition of the simulated brake, friction friction pair rely on heat.
