锚喷支护技术在国内外矿山井巷、交通隧道、水工涵洞、地下工程和地面大型砼构筑物施工中得到广泛应用。但目前大多数仍是干喷作业,存在着粉尘大、回弹多、喷层质量差等问题,近年来各国都在致力于研制性能良好的湿喷设备。但是由于湿喷技术难度大、配套系统复杂,迄今还不能普遍推广应用,其中主要技术关键之一,就是湿砼混合料的管道输送非常困难,容易发生离析、粘附、堵管故障,喷射脉冲严重、输送距离短。本文就是研究和探讨实现稀薄流浮游输送的机理和解决湿喷技术关键问题。

This article is to study and explore the mechanism of achieving lean flow transport and solve the key problems of wet spray technology.
