根据八○年全国气垫技术会议制订的气垫技术专业组简则和气垫船技术发展的需要,第二次全国气垫技术专业会于一九八二年十月十六日至廿日在上海进行。会议的主要任务是;回顾气垫技术专业组成立以来的工作;总结近几年来气垫船技术的发展情况与趋势;修订气垫技术发展规划,落实攻关项目的组织和协作;听取冲翼艇、气翼艇研究工作情况的汇报和对今后工作的建议。出席会议的有气垫技术专业组成员单位以及近两年来从事气垫技术研究、设计、制造、使用的各有关省、市、工业部门的领导机关代表,有关院、校、厂、所、部队代表共57个单位110
