子宫颈癌和腹部损伤是常见病。国内医院临床统计,子宫颈癌占女性生殖系肿瘤的58.5～93.1％,居女性各种恶性肿瘤的第一位;在国外仅次于乳腺癌而占女性癌瘤的第二位。各级医院诊治此二病的任务比较大,为此,本刊组织了“子宫颈癌”和“腹部损伤”专题讨论,交流临床经验。 “专题讨论”将作为本刊常设专栏,系统交流一病一症的临床经验。今后,在这个专栏里,需要谈什么病,谈哪些问题?希望广大读者、作者就个人临床工作或业务学习的需要,向我们提出要求或题目来。这样,才能使该拦的内容针对性强、实用性强。
Cervical cancer and abdominal injuries are common diseases. According to clinical statistics from domestic hospitals, cervical cancer accounts for 58.5 to 93.1% of female reproductive system tumors, ranking the first in women’s malignant tumors; it is second only to breast cancer and second to female cancer in foreign countries. The tasks of hospitals at all levels to diagnose and treat these diseases are relatively large. For this reason, the journal organizes special discussions on “cervical cancer” and “abdominal injuries” to exchange clinical experiences. “Thematic discussion” will serve as a permanent column of the journal to systematically share the clinical experience of a disease. From now on, in this column, what diseases need to be discussed and what issues should be discussed? It is hoped that readers and authors will ask us questions or topics for personal clinical work or business learning needs. In this way, the content of the bar can be highly targeted and practical.
