本文收集并随访了广西医学院附院外科1957～1980年收治胃癌中未能切除肿瘤者354例.随访结果未能切除胃癌平均生存时间是143天.各组织类型中,各年(下接第46页) 生存率差异不明显,改道手术、单纯探查和未探查者生存时间相近,本组化疗方案不能改善未切除胃癌的预后.并对晚期胃癌外科治疗方式的选择提出了看法和报告了1例胃癌自然痊愈者.
This article collected and followed the Guangxi Medical College Affiliated Hospital surgery 1957 to 1980 in 354 cases of gastric cancer patients who failed to remove the tumor.
