The application of splinter radionuclide ~(147)Pm(钷) in industry and medicine may cause the operator to be contaminated within ~(147)pm, causing radiation damage. The results of autoradiography and liquid scintillation studies showed that after 147pm enters the blood stream, the amount of metastatic deposits in the liver and bone is the most, continuing to cause radiation damage to these tissues and organs. However, the cytological effect of ~(147)Pm irradiation was not reported in the literature except that ~147Pm could induce chromosomal aberration in rat bone marrow cells.
