一、施工企业营销工作特点 施工企业的产品是特殊的,具体体现在以下几点: 1.工程(产品)整体销售在前,制作在后。绝大多数工程采用招投标制,属暗标拍卖,承包商按施工方案计算工程造价并参与竞标。中标后,工程用户与承包商按造价签订合同,完成了预购。对承包商而言,则可视为产品整体销售和工程单项定价的实现。
