教师要讲好课,首先要有一个好教案。 我刚从事教育工作的那些年,写教案就走过不少弯路。比如一次我上《富饶的西沙群岛》这篇课文时,就按教参提供的资料,通过一问一答“喂”给学生知识,如课文主要写什么,可以分为几段,第一段说什么,第二段说什么……学生要是说不出来,我就一五一十地讲解给他们听。两节课下来,我累得口干舌燥。可是效果如何呢?一看学生个个昏昏欲睡,毫无兴趣。这样失败的课使我明白了一个道理:当一个老师不容易,当一个好老师更不容易。随着教学改革的逐步深入,我慢慢探索总结出了备课的方法:
