一、引言基于光导纤维的化学传感器具有其它种类传感器无可比拟的某些特点,因而受到分析工作者的重视和关注,成为当前十分活跃的研究领域。国内外有关光纤传感器方面的综述文章很多。依据光纤在传感器中的作用,光纤化学传感器可分为二大类:第一类传感器中,光纤仅传输光信号,并不具备传感作用;第二类传感器中,光纤经适当加工后本身就具有化学敏感作用。本文研制的光纤湿度传感器就属于后一类。
I. Introduction Optical fiber-based chemical sensors have some characteristics unmatched by other types of sensors. Therefore, they have become the very active research field due to the attention and concern of analysts. There are a lot of review articles about optical fiber sensors at home and abroad. According to the role of optical fiber in the sensor, optical fiber chemical sensors can be divided into two categories: the first type of sensor, the optical fiber only transmits optical signals, does not have the sensor role; the second type of sensor, the fiber after proper processing itself With chemical sensitivity. Fiber humidity sensor developed in this paper belong to the latter category.
