目的:观察补佳乐结合胎宝胶囊对子宫内膜容受性超声指标的影响。方法:将采用克罗米芬促排卵治疗,排卵日子宫内膜厚度<8.0 mm的不孕症患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例,对照组单用补佳乐,治疗组为补佳乐结合胎宝胶囊,彩色多普勒自月经第九天起检测卵泡发育、子宫内膜厚度及形态直至HCG注射日,同时随访妊娠结局。结果:HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度、A型子宫内膜的比率及妊娠率治疗组均显著大于对照组。结论:补佳乐结合胎宝胶囊能改善因克罗米芬引起的抗雌激素作用的子宫内膜厚度及类型,提高妊娠率。
Objective: To observe the effects of nourishing music combined with fetal capsule on endometrial receptive ultrasound. Methods: Sixty infertile patients with clomiphene and ovulation induction endometrial thickness less than 8.0 mm were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. To enhance the music combined with fetal capsule, color Doppler detection of follicular development from the ninth day of menstruation, endometrial thickness and morphology until HCG injection, and follow-up pregnancy outcome. Results: The thickness of endometrium, the ratio of type A endometrium and the pregnancy rate in HCG injection group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion: Nourishing music combined with fetal Capsule can improve the resistance to estrogen caused by Clomiphene endometrial thickness and type, improve pregnancy rate.
