本文对引进玉米自交系和部分自选自交系及其杂交组合进行了抗粗缩病性鉴定。在鉴定的96份自交系中,大部分表现为感病或中抗,只有P12、P20、BS110、138、6513和E综1214表现高抗,未发现免疫类型。杂交组合中,生产用杂交种绝大部分表现为中感或高感。杂交组合的抗病性与双亲抗病性的中亲值密切相关(r=0.9554)。抗病杂交组合的亲本之一必须达到高抗或中抗水平,用高感自交系作亲本难以选出抗病性好的杂交种。
In this paper, the introduction of maize inbred lines and some optional inbred lines and their crosses were identified anti-sibling disease. Of the 96 inbred lines tested, most showed susceptible or moderate resistance. Only P12, P20, BS110, 138, 6513 and E1212 showed high resistance, and no immunotype was found. Hybrid combinations, the production of hybrids most of the performance for the flu or high sense. The disease resistance of the hybrid combinations was closely related to the pro-parents of parental resistance (r = 0.9554). One of the parents of disease-resistant hybrid combinations must reach high resistance or medium resistance level, and it is difficult to choose the good disease-resistant hybrids with high susceptible inbred lines as their parents.
