目的研究颈痛舒贴片中芍药苷的体外透皮吸收特性,为其临床应用提供参考。方法采用改良Franz扩散池法,以离体小鼠皮肤为透皮屏障,生理盐水为接受介质,用高效液相色谱法进行测定,考察制剂中的芍药苷的累计透过量。结果芍药苷累计透过量Higuich方程为Q=2.667t1/2-4.204,r=0.859 3。结论芍药苷的累计透过量符合Higuich方程。
Objective To study the in vitro transdermal absorption characteristics of paeoniflorin in neck pain patches and provide reference for its clinical application. Methods The modified Franz diffusion cell method was used. The skin of isolated mouse was used as the transdermal barrier and physiological saline was the medium. The total amount of paeoniflorin in the preparation was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The Higuich equation for the cumulative permeation of paeoniflorin was Q=2.667t1/2-4.204, r=0.859 3. Conclusion The cumulative penetration of paeoniflorin meets the Higuich equation.
