经过1987、1988两年的工作,《嘉陵江苍溪至合川段水电开发规划报告》已编制完成。按照“电航结合、低坝开发”的指导原则.苍溪至合川间长500km河段上报告推荐的13个梯级电站,自上而下为:苍溪(装机容量8.8万kW)、沙溪场(6.6万kW)、金银台(9.4万kW)、红岩子(7万kW)、新政(8.8万kW)、金溪场(11万kW)、马回(8.36万kW)、凤仪场(6.8万kW)、小龙门(3.2万kW)、青居(10万kW)、东西关(18万kW)、桐子濠(7.6万kW)、花滩子(23.2万kW)。各电站主要技术经济指标见表1(保证出力和年发电量是上游出现碧口、宝珠寺和亭子口水库时的指标)。
After 1987,1988 two years of work, “Jialing River Cangxi to Hechuan hydropower development planning report” has been prepared. According to the guiding principle of “combination of electric and navigation, low dam development”, the recommended 13 cascade hydropower stations are reported on the section of 500km between Cangxi and Hechuan, from top to bottom: Cangxi (with an installed capacity of 88,000 kW) (66,000 kW), Jinyintai (94,000 kW), Hongyanzi (70,000 kW), Xinzheng (88,000 kW), Jinxi (110,000 kW), Ma Hui (83,600 kW), Phoenix There are 68,000 kilowatts of ceremonial plants, 32,000 kilowatts of dragons, 100,000,000 kilowatts of Qingju and 180,000 kilos of east-west kilns, 76,000 kilowatts of Tongzihao and 232,000 kilowatt-hours of Huatanzi. The main technical and economic indicators of each power station are shown in Table 1 (Guaranteed output and annual power generation are indexes when there are Bikou, Baozhusi and Tingzikou reservoirs in the upper reaches).
