江苏扬农化工股份有限公司成立于1999年,专业从事新型高效环保农药的研究和工业化生产,是我国目前唯一一家完全以生产仿生农药——拟除虫菊酯为主导产品的上市公司,也是我国目前规模最大、品种最全的菊酯生产基地。2003年,扬农化工的控股子公司——江苏优士化学有限公司在扬州(仪征)化学工业园区成立。2008年,优士化学西区第二基地建成投产,主要从事菊酯中间体及农用类拟除虫菊酯的生产。
