“没有好的规划,就没有好的未来”、“有了职业生涯规划,就有了成功的一半”……如今,“职业生涯规划”成了很多年轻人追捧的时尚话题。有些年轻人想当然地认为,按照自我评估→生涯评估→职业准备→职业选择→确定目标→行动计划→执行实施→评估与反馈这样一个流程来做,自己的生涯规划也就完成了,一些人甚至对职业生涯规划寄予了一蹴而就的希望。可是工作中难免会遇上磕磕碰碰的事,一旦遇到麻烦,不少踌躇满志的年轻人就会对原先做好的职业生涯规划产生质疑,更有甚者继而会怨天尤人、逃避现实……在与毕业生的交谈过程中,笔者发现,对于职业生涯规划成功的衡量标准、职业生涯规划的真正内涵和意义以及立足点,很多同学都没有完全了解。

During the conversation with graduates, I found that many students did not fully understand the measure of the success of career planning, the true meaning and significance of career planning and the foothold.
