继育成陕玉号、陕单1至8号等玉米杂交种后,针对我省生产中玉米大、小斑病、丝黑穗病、青枯病流行的问题,近几年来以抗病、高产为主要育种目标,通过自交系选育和组合测配,育成了抗病、高产的玉米单交种陕单9号。现已开始繁育示范。一、选育经过陕单9号的亲本组合为武109×莫17。武109是从我所选育的杂交种陕单1号中自交分离培育的自交系。1966年开始自交,原系号为单663—13—1—2—1—4—1,1972年定名为武109。该自交系对斑病具有水平抗性。
