目的对昌平区特殊行业家蝇抗性进行测定。方法采用药膜法对采自我区家蝇进行DDVP、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的抗性测定。结果该地区家蝇对DDVP的LD50为6.271 963(4.745 079~8.290 173)μg/只,抗性系数达315.33,残杀威的LD50为0.424 357(0.315 863~0.570 119)μg/只,抗性系数达223.35,对高效氯氰菊酯LD50为0.029 753(0.023 052~0.038 403)μg/只,抗性系数为57.22。结论该地区家蝇对3种杀虫剂抗性均达到了高抗性水平,对DDVP抗性最高。建议该地区停止有机磷类药物的使用,减少菊酯类和氨基甲酸酯类药品的使用。
Objective To determine the resistance of housefly in special industry in Changping District. Methods The drug resistance test of DDVP, propoxur and beta-cypermethrin in housefly collected from our district was determined by the method of membrane-coating. Results The LD50 of DDVP in domestic flies was 6.271 963 (4.745 079-8.290 173) μg / body, the resistance coefficient was 315.33 and the LD50 of propoxur was 0.424 357 (0.315 863-0.570 119) μg / Up to 223.35 and 0.029 753 (0.023 052 ~ 0.038 403) μg / L for beta-cypermethrin respectively. The resistance coefficient was 57.22. Conclusion Musca domestica had high resistance to three insecticides in this area and had the highest resistance to DDVP. The region is advised to stop the use of organophosphate drugs and reduce the use of pyrethrum and carbamate drugs.
