本文就直流电机速度调节中应用的滑模控制(SLM)、软变结构控制(SVS)和 PI 控制这三种控制特性进行了比较,并讨论了滑模控制的设计问题。控制特性的比较主要着眼于对象参数为正常和摄动情况下的稳态误差估计、调节时间、超调、转矩变化的动态响应以及功率损耗。仿真及实验结果表明:PI 控制精度最高;SVS 控制响应最快;SLM 控制鲁棒性最好。
This paper compares the three control characteristics of sliding mode control (SLM), soft-varying structure control (SVS) and PI control used in DC motor speed regulation, and discusses the design of sliding mode control. The comparison of the control characteristics mainly focuses on the steady-state error estimation under normal and perturbed object parameters, the dynamic response of adjustment time, overshoot, torque variation and power loss. Simulation and experimental results show that PI control accuracy is the highest, SVS control response is the fastest and SLM control is the best.
