以红茶花凤仙(Impatiens balsamina)为材料,研究水培和不同配方基质对红茶花凤仙生长发育指标的影响,以便为其无土栽培提供科学依据。试验设置4个处理,分别为1:1、2:1、1:2体积比的椰糠:泥炭组合和水培,培养至3周、6周、9周时测定生长和开花数据。结果表明,1:2的椰糠:泥炭处理有利于叶数、开花数、叶重、茎重、花重、株重的增加;水培有利于株高和根重的增加,但是不利于开花;1:1和2:1的椰糠:泥炭组合的营养生长差,开花在4个处理中均处于中等水平。
Impatiens balsamina was used to study the effects of hydroponics and different matrixes on the growth and development of Impatiens nigra in order to provide a scientific basis for soilless culture. In the experiment, four treatments were set up, which were 1: 1, 2: 1 and 1: 2 volume ratio of coco peat and peat combination and hydroponic culture. The growth and flowering data were measured after 3 weeks, 6 weeks and 9 weeks. The results showed that 1: 2 coco peat: peat treatment is conducive to the number of leaves, flowering number, leaf weight, stem weight, flower weight, plant weight increase; hydroponic conducive to plant height and root weight increased, but not conducive to flowering ; 1: 1 and 2: 1 coco peat: peat combination of poor vegetative growth, flowering in all four treatments are in the middle level.
