目的建立了测定饮用水中CHCl_3和CCl_4含量的顶空气相色谱法,优化了相关参数,并探讨影响测定的因素。方法采用顶空自动进样技术,用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定水中CHCl_3和CCl_4。结果 CHCl_3在0.86~17.2μg/L,其检出限为0.018μg/L;CCl_4在0.075~1.5μg/L,其检出限为0.0032μg/L,它们都有良好的线性关系,回收率是83.30%~92.70%。通过实验,提出从标准溶液、加入NaCl及重复进样等减少对结果影响的措施。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于水中CHCl_3、CCL_4的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of CHCl 3 and CCl 4 in drinking water by headspace gas chromatography, optimize the relevant parameters and explore the factors that affect the determination. Methods The headspace autosampler technique was used to determine CHCl_3 and CCl_4 in water by capillary gas chromatography. Results The detection limit of CHCl_3 was 0.86 ~ 17.2μg / L and the limit of detection was 0.018μg / L. The detection limit of CCl_4 was 0.075 ~ 1.5μg / L. The detection limit was 0.0032μg / L. 83.30% ~ 92.70%. Through experiments, we propose to reduce the impact on the results from standard solution, adding NaCl and repeated injections. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of CHCl_3 and CCL_4 in water.
