目的:研究植物雌激素葛根素和鸡豆黄素A对17β-雌二醇诱发去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜渗出和血管通透性的影响。方法:将36只健康雌性SD大鼠随机分为6组(n=6):假手术组、卵巢切除组、17β-雌二醇组、17β-雌二醇+他莫昔芬组、17β-雌二醇+葛根素组、17β-雌二醇+鸡豆黄素A组,除假手术组外,其他各组大鼠摘除双侧卵巢后,分别皮下注射芝麻油、17β-雌二醇、17β-雌二醇+葛根素、17β-雌二醇+鸡豆黄素A、17β-雌二醇+他莫昔芬21天后取组织,比较不同处理组子宫内膜渗出变化和血清VEGF的浓度。结果:给予植物雌激素葛根素、鸡豆黄素A和他莫昔芬后,子宫内膜嗜酸性粒细胞的渗出减少,血清VEGF浓度降低。结论:植物雌激素葛根素和鸡豆黄素A可发挥雌激素拮抗作用,使血清VEGF浓度减小,可抑制外源性雌激素诱导的子宫内膜的渗出。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of phytoestrogen puerarin and chonodin A on endometrial exudation and vascular permeability in 17β-estradiol-induced ovariectomized rats. Methods: Thirty-six healthy female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups (n = 6): sham operation group, ovariectomized group, 17β- estradiol group, 17β- estradiol + tamoxifen group, 17β- Estradiol + puerarin group, 17β-estradiol + chickens group A, except the sham-operation group, all the other groups were injected subcutaneously with sesame oil, 17β-estradiol, 17β - estradiol + puerarin, 17β-estradiol + chickpea flavin A, 17β-estradiol + tamoxifen for 21 days. The changes of endometrial exudation and serum VEGF in different treatment groups were compared . RESULTS: After administration of phytoestrogen puerarin, chicklantin A and tamoxifen, exudation of endometrial eosinophils decreased and serum VEGF concentration decreased. CONCLUSION: The phytoestrogen Puerarin and chickpea flavonoids A can exert estrogen antagonism, reduce the concentration of serum VEGF and inhibit exogenous estrogen-induced endometrial exudation.
