目的对生活饮用水中锌测定进行不确定度评定。方法通过原子吸收光谱法测定生活饮用水中锌,找出方法中引起测量不确定度的来源,对其进行量化。结果生活饮用水中锌原子吸收测定法的相对不确定度主要有5个来源,其中标准溶液稀释过程相对不确定度0.0039,工作曲线相对不确定度0.00098,样品重复测定相对不确定度0.0086,分析仪器相对不确定度0.0020,吸光度量化误差相对不确定度0.0020。绝对扩展不确定度为0.023μg/mL。结论重复性检测过程是生活饮用水中锌测定不确定度的主要来源,其次是标准溶液稀释过程,应引起重视。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of zinc determination in drinking water. Methods The zinc in drinking water was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The source of the measurement uncertainty in the method was identified and quantified. Results The relative uncertainty of determination of zinc in drinking water was mainly from five sources, of which the relative uncertainty of standard solution dilution was 0.0039, the relative uncertainty of working curve was 0.00098, the relative uncertainty of sample repeated determination was 0.0086, The relative uncertainty of the instrument is 0.0020, and the relative uncertainty of the quantification of the absorbance is 0.0020. The absolute expansion uncertainty is 0.023 μg / mL. Conclusions Repeatability testing is the main source of uncertainty for determination of zinc in drinking water, followed by standard solution dilution, which should be paid more attention to.
