传统教学设计以教师的教为本位,不指向学生的学习表现,没有检测学生是否达到预期学习结果,是一种基于教师经验和教科书的教学设计.基于课程标准的教学给了教师一种方向感,关注“为什么教”“教到什么程度”等问题的“国家课程标准”应该成为课程实施的依据,它要求教师根据教学目标适当处理教学内容,根据课程标准倡导的理念选择适合的教学方法,培养数学素养,而且还要求教师开展基于课程标准的评价.也就是说,教学目标源于课程标准,教学目标是预期的学生学习结果和数学素养在学生身上的集中体现,教学过程以学生的“学”为中心,任务、活动和作业成为课堂教学核心,教学设计是基于课程标准的.
