水利部科教司于1990年5月委托南京水利科学研究院、水利部大坝安全监测中心承担“大坝现场实时安全监测系统的建立”试验工程项目(编号SZ0013)。在南京水利科学研究院、水利部大坝安全监测中心及东武仕水库管理处的共同努力下,该系统已于1992年12月在东武仕水库大坝安装调试成功,至今已运行近一年,经科教司委托水管司主持,于1993年11月21至22日在河北省邯郸市召开了《大坝现场实时安全监测系统的建立》项目鉴定会。与会鉴定委员认真地审阅了鉴定文件,并听取了项目组同志的工作汇报,参观了现场监测系统,观看了系统操作人员的演示,经认真讨论后,提出如下鉴定意见。
