以某大型水电站地下式厂房工程为计算实例,通过应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立厂房三维有限元模型,研究了不同边界条件对厂房结构固有振动特性的影响;并利用开停机信号,应用随即减量法,提取楼板结构的自由振动信号,得出楼板结构的自振频率。同时分析在水力脉动作用下,厂房上部板梁柱结构的振动特性,根据谐响应计算结果,判断上部结构的共振频率。
Taking the underground plant project of a large hydropower station as an example, the finite element model of the plant was established by applying the finite element analysis software ANSYS to study the influence of different boundary conditions on the inherent vibration characteristics of the plant structure. By using the open stop signal, Method, the free vibration signal of floor structure is extracted, and the natural frequency of floor structure is obtained. At the same time, under the action of hydraulic pulsation, the vibration characteristics of beam-column structure in the upper part of the plant are analyzed. Based on the harmonic response calculation results, the resonance frequency of the superstructure is judged.
